Yajaira (Yari) was born in the Island of Dominican Republic, but traveled to the U.S at the age of 12 and currently resides in New Jersey with her husband Tony, their 3 children and dog Lacey. She has a Master in Public Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Art and Science in Economics from Rutgers Camden University. Yari started attending Kingsway Church through a friend's invitation on an Easter Sunday service and since Kingsway Church has become her home. She surrendered her life to God through Baptism in 2020, since she has developed a deep relationship with God and a passion to serve others.
Yari enjoys serving in the Kidsway team and hosting a running lifergroup. In her spare time, you will find her running, exercising, enjoying outdoor activities, and traveling with her family.
